MeitY TIDE 2.0 Scheme

MeitY TIDE 2.0 Scheme is a fellowship/ grant for aspiring entrepreneurs to promote tech entrepreneurship. Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India under Technology Incubation and Development of Entrepreneurs (TIDE 2.0) program. K L Technology Incubators Foundation-TBI, K L Deemed to be University, Andhra Pradesh invites Applications from all aspirants including Individuals with Idea, Startups with proof of concept, Innovators, Research scholars, Faculty and Students. Depending on the readiness of their Prototype/PoC for ideation and MVP based startups.

Who Can Apply

  • Business idea should have a good degree of innovation with technology integration

  • Preference will be given to women entrepreneurs with technology business idea

  • Business idea with high degree of social impact are encouraged

  • Startup with less than 3 years in Existence

  • Student entrepreneur with Innovative idea

  • Candidate should have a minimum Degree, Diploma or Engineering

  • Candidate shall not be involved in other source of Income

ENTREPRENEUR IN RESIDENCE (EIR)

  • Financial support to the Innovators/Startups each year having an innovative idea.

  • Seed fund upto Rs. 4 lakhs each, over a period of 1 year to convert the idea to Proof of Concept (PoC)

SEED FUND

  • Financial support to the Startups with a Proof of Concept.

  • Seed Fund upto Rs. 7 lakhs each, over a period of 1 year for development of MVP or commercialisation.

Selection Process

  • Call for Application and Screening

  • Announcement of Shortlisted Candidates

  • Call for presentation/Interview for Shortlisted Applicants.

  • Final Selection by the Committee

  • Declaration of Results
